TriQuint's environmental engineering teams work diligently to address areas of concerns and opportunities for improvement. We strive to obtain world-class environmental performance through manufacturing excellence. We assist in setting performance objectives and target's that are an integral part of each group or division's goals with regular environmental performance reporting.

TriQuint has reduced its airborne emissions of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and HAPs (hazardous air pollutants) significantly by using DFE (design for environment) process improvements and better treatment technologies. Our waste management practices have allowed TriQuint to reuse and recycle some materials, conserve natural resources through energy recovery, and treat or dispose of other manufacturing effluents in ways not previously possible. These practices have allowed our manufacturing sites to become small quantity generators of waste and recycle millions of gallons of water each year. In addition, TriQuint people work to make manufactured products easy to recycle and dispose of at end of life.
