TriQuint has four primary design and manufacturing facilities in North
America including the Hillsboro, Oregon headquarters, which is located just
outside Portland. Other design and manufacturing facilities include
locations in Richardson, Texas; Apopka, Florida and Bend, Oregon.
TriQuint has design centers in Chelmsford, Massachusetts (the New England
Design Center opened in 2000), and in Munich, Germany, as well
as sales and field application support offices in Seoul, Korea; Shanghai and
Shenzhen, China; Taipei, Taiwan and Tokyo, Japan.

TriQuint's Oregon design and manufacturing operations for 150mm gallium
arsenide wafers / ICs is housed in a 225,000 square foot facility located
on a 32-acre campus in Hillsboro, just outside Portland. Fabrication
facilities occupy 38,000 square feet and include 16,000 square feet of
clean room area capable of Class 10 operation. TriQuint's corporate
headquarters is based in this same location.

TriQuint's Texas facility for 100mm gallium arsenide wafers / ICs is
located north of Dallas in Richardson. The facility sits on 38 acres and is
configured as 48,500 square feet of Class 1 clean room, 10,000 square feet
of Class 100 clean room and approximately 84,000 square feet of office
space. A 125,000 square feet building addition was completed in 2002,
making the entire plant 540,000 square feet. The addition has approximately
25,000 square feet of lab and analytical area with state-of-the-art
environmental handling systems.

Richardson, TX

Located near Orlando, Florida, on a 16-acre campus, TriQuint's 93,000 square-foot
facility includes more than 15,000 square feet of clean room space,
divided into 8,450 square feet of Class 10 space, 3,850 square feet of
Class 100 space, and 3,000 square feet of Class 10,000 clean room area.
Bulk acoustic wave (BAW) expertise was added to the TriQuint filter
products portfolio through the acquisition of TFR Technologies in 2005.
TFR, a wholly owned subsidiary, is located in Bend, Oregon. The BAW
subsidiary offers proprietary and standardized filter solutions between 300
MHz and 12 GHz for military and mass communications markets.

Apopka, FL

TriQuint's SAW products division operates a high-volume manufacturing site
in San José, Costa Rica, with 60,000 total square feet dedicated to SAW
product manufacturing and test. Its clean room area is divided into 7,550
square feet of Class 1,000 space and 11,800 square feet of Class 10,000
space. RF and IF SAW filters ship from this facility to major handset,
network infrastructure and mobile device manufacturers around the world.
