Reproduction Guidelines for TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc Logo
The TriQuint Semiconductor logo is a key element of our corporate branding. To ensure that we project an image of quality and unity in all of our business communication, the logo must be used in a consistent manner. An identity system has been developed to specify how the logo may be applied, colorized and displayed. To effectively communicate the TriQuint Semiconductor name and image - both internally and externally - it is essential that the identity system be adhered to.

The TriQuint Semiconductor logo is composed of three elements: the logotype, the symbol and the registration mark. The logotype is the TriQuint Semiconductor name, the symbol is made up of three pentagons and the registration mark is the ®. The logo may never be used in a sentence to replace the company name.

Guideline Requirements

1. When placing the logo in a presentation or other use, keep it well away from text or
   other graphics.
2. Never allow the logo to be over-laid with other graphics.
3. Don't alter the logo in any way.
4. When re-sizing the logo to fit the application, be sure to do a proportional "stretch".
5. Never use the logo in a sentence or in the place of the words "TriQuint Semiconductor".
6. All approved logos are available through the web for download. Please do not attempt to construct one on your own.
