• HEALTH BENEFITS •

All regular, full-time domestic employees are eligible to participate in TriQuint’s health & welfare plans. Employees can enroll their spouse or domestic partner and children. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following date of hire.

Medical & Dental

TriQuint’s medical plans also provide vision and prescription drug coverage and are administered by Aetna, BCBS, Kaiser and Tufts. Dental plans provide coverage for preventative, basic, major services, and limited orthodontia coverage. TriQuint’s dental plans are administered by Assurant, Kaiser and ODS/Delta Dental. Employee contributions are payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Flexible Spending Accounts

All regular, full-time domestic employees may set aside up to $5,000 per account to cover qualified dependent care expenses or health care expenses not covered by insurance. Contributions are payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.

• INCOME PROTECTION BENEFITS •

All regular, full-time domestic employees are eligible to participate in TriQuint’s disability plans immediately. Our short term and long term plan pays 66-2/3% of base salary and require no employee contribution.

• SURVIVOR BENEFITS •

All regular, full-time domestic employees are eligible to participate in TriQuint’s life and accident insurance plans immediately. Our plan provides life insurance of 2 X annual base salary and requires no employee contribution.

TriQuint also offers company paid Business Travel Accident coverage to both our domestic and international employees. Coverage is effective immediately and provides 10X annual base salary (max of $1 million).

All regular, full-time domestic employees may elect to purchase additional Voluntary Life insurance. Options include: Employee, Spouse and children. Premiums are through bi-weekly payroll deductions.

• FINANCIAL BENEFITS •

401(k)

All regular, full-time domestic employees are encouraged to participate in TriQuint’s 401(k) plan. You can elect to contribute 1%- 75% (up to the IRS yearly limit) of their base salary, through convenient pre-tax payroll deductions. The Company helps your retirement savings by matching your contribution. TriQuint matches 100% of the first 1% of base salary and 50% of the next 5% of base salary contributed into the plan. All contributions are 100% vested.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
The ESPP provides a convenient and practical means by which employees may participate in ownership of the Company by purchasing Company Stock at a discounted price.

Contributions are made through automatic payroll deductions. Shares are purchased on the designated Purchase Dates at the lower of:

- 85% of the fair market value (FMV) on the Offering Period Enrollment Date; or
- 85% of the FMV on the designated Purchase Date.

Shares purchased under the Plan are deposited in your Fidelity Account. You may then sell, transfer or continue to hold the shares.

Profit Share
All Regular employees are eligible to participate. Profit sharing is paid quarterly based on achievement of both corporate and divisional performance.

Employees must be employed on the date of the payment to receive the quarterly payout.

• TIME OFF BENEFITS •

Paid Time Off (PTO)
All regular, full-time domestic employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO per year (160 hours). Hours accrue each pay period beginning with date of hire. Regular part-time employees will receive a pro-rated PTO accrual.

Sabbatical
All regular, full time domestic employees earn Sabbatical upon reaching Service Anniversaries after every 5 years of completed service.

Paid Holidays
TriQuint offers 10 paid holidays per (80 hours) to all regular, full-time domestic employees. The holiday schedule is specific to site locations and varies depending on work schedule.

Other
Other paid time off includes Bereavement, Jury Duty and Military.

• OTHER BENEFITS •

Education Assistance
Employees are encouraged to continue their formal education. Regular, full-time domestic employees are eligible for education assistance following six months of employment. TriQuint will reimburse up to $5,000 per calendar year to cover approved education expenses.

Life Phases Program (EAP)
TriQuint provides a confidential counseling and referral program designed to help employees and their families deal with personal issues. The program provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, 365 days per year, as well as referral service for a variety of issues including financial, legal, child care.

World Wide Emergency Assistance Service
A 24-hour network of emergency, medical and legal resources offers protection to employees and their family, when traveling more than 100 miles from home (includes 24-hour multilingual assistance, international hospital admission guarantee, lost luggage assistance and more).
