TRITIUM PA-Duplexer Module™ is a family of highly-integrated modules for WCDMA/HSDPA and CDMA applications, each aligned with industry leading tranceiver chipset vendors.

Each model is optimized for use in a specific geographic frequency band allowing the handset designer maximum flexibility.

Each highly-integrated module contains a Tx input filter, a linear Power Amplifier, Duplexer, and Coupler. Specific models contain a power detector and options with Single-Ended or Balanced input filters.
